A nine-year-old named Mixx is abducted and taken to the Hellzarr Institute, a fortress-asylum run by Dr. Yorgo. Czarface infiltrates the facility with remote support from Xave Rystarr (and Fang), only to find Yorgo armed in a custom Czar suit and an army of Hellzarr Guards. Deeper inside, a prisoner known as the Stress Eater feeds on fear and has his own designs for Mixx. The rescue turns into a running battle—cloak tech, eye-beams, and close-quarters mayhem.
